Every project we take on starts with our client-tailored design and consulting services. In order for us to provide the best fireplace design and consulting services on planet earth, we begin every project with a conversation. These initial conversations with our clients are fundamental and drive the way we consult and design each fireplace and each project.
Our full range of design package offerings includes: Conceptual design, Schematic design, Construction documentation, and as our services transition into the materials and build phase we provide Shop drawings to support the construction process.
FABRICATION
When we custom design fireplaces, we specify all the components needed to create a beautiful and functional fireplace. Some of the components specified will require custom fabrication. We work with our partners to craft custom gas log sets, modern linear burners using many different types of burn media, and custom one-of-a-kind fire sculptures, just to name a few.
Safely and efficiently drafting the exhaust of a fireplace up and out of the building remains our primary objective when designing fireplaces. We custom fabricate the components hidden behind the fireplace facade, up through the building and out through the termination.

INSTALLATION
Our ability to design and fabricate stunning fireplaces is matched by our complete installation services. While we will provide full support to contractors and their subcontractors for installing the fireplaces, flues, and control systems, we best support the project goals with our team installing and testing, to ensure the final results meet our exacting standards.
In many cases, we will ship our fireplace components to the job site where our install team will assemble and test all systems. We can install alongside other subcontractors and within the time constraints of the construction project. Throughout the lifecycle of the project, we work well with everyone who has a stake in a successful build.
TESTING & ON-SITE COMMISSIONING
We work with industry leaders to test our custom gratings, burners, gas log sets, and other fireplace components to meet regulatory standards in most jurisdictions. Commissioning the custom fireplaces on-site, once tested, guarantees a functional fireplace. We inspect and test all systems to provide the perfect fire to meet your clients needs, all while working within the time constraints and project schedule of the contractor.
TROUBLESHOOTING FIREPLACES
Our passion for fire extends beyond new custom fireplaces. We’ve been contracted to fix existing, dysfunctional fireplaces. Often one or two aspects of a fireplace makes it spill smoke into a room, sooting the surround or other furnishings. Some fireplaces lack proper integration in the buildings control systems, which may create a nonfunctioning gas fireplace. Whatever challenge you face with your fireplaces, we can diagnose the problems and provide you with recommendations or complete solutions. We work with you and your budget to make your fireplaces functional.
